Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 1RM Shoulder Press (If going overhead is not an option, choose to 1RM close grip bench) – 20 min – Make sure you do ample shoulder mobility
  • Conditioning –
    • 500m Row
    • 25 Burpees
    • 600m Run
    • 50 Air Squats
    • 500m Row
    • 100 Double Unders
  • Accessory – 2 x 25 GHD Sit Ups
