    • 20 Wall Balls (sx – Scale as Needed   rx – 20#|14#)
    • 2 Rope Climbs (crx – Legless)
      ***at the top of every 6 min.

      •  400 m Run (sx – 300 m) together with your medicine ball.
        Carry/alternate as desired.
