Starting 10/28/18 – Yoga will be returning on Sunday mornings from 9:00-9:45 AM at CrossFit 908 (Berkeley Heights location)

      ***Challenge yourself with weight provided form/ROM are good
  • Conditioning – “Why 2k?!”
    For Time – 20 min. Cap

    • 2 km Assault Bike (1.25 miles)
    • 30 Power Cleans (sx – 95#|65#   rx – 155#|105#   crx – 200#+|135#+)
