Today’s Workout;

  • For Time – Teams of 3 – “Try-Athletes”
    • 4,800 meter Run
    • 6 K Row
    • 9 Mile Bike
    • ****One person work at each station.  The pace setter is the runner.  Teams will rotate every 600m.  Once one element is done, teammates can alternate on the same movement to finish out the remaining work.
