07/20/17: 908 Beach Day

This Saturday @ Donovan’s Reef in Sea Bright we will be gathering for some fun in the sun (hopefully).  Everyone is invited to come down for the day.  Make sure to bring cash or a debit card.  They do not accept credit cards.  We hope to see many of you there!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Every 2 min for 20 min alternate between part A and part B
    • Part A –
      • 15/10 Calorie Row (Sx = 10/7)
      • 15 Burpees (Sx = 10 Burpees)
    • Part B –
      • 60 Double Unders (Sx = 1 min of attempts or 120 Single Unders)
      • 15 Toes To Bar (Sx = 10 TTB OR 15 Straight Leg Raises)
  • Finisher – 5 x 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry (Use stones / kbs / or just pick up a friend and carry them)
The requests for different size stones have come in. We plan on getting a few 75lb stones and a few 125lb stones.
