06/29/17: Night out for the MPs

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – AMRAP20
    • Run 200m
    • 3 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping / Rx = Unassisted / CRx = Strict OR Chest To Bar)
    • 3 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Box / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = Strict OR Deficit)
    • Run 200m
    • 6 Pull Ups
    • 6 HSPU
    • Run 200m
    • 9 Pull Ups
    • 9 HSPU
    • Continue to add 3 reps to each movement and run 200m after each time you complete the HSPUs.
  • Finisher – 400m Front Rack Carry

Tonight at 7pm at the Stirling Hotel, we will be gathering for a proper send-off for Linda and David Milburn-Pyle.  The MP’s have been with us for six years, but they are moving to North Carolina, and we are extremely sad to see them go.  In true 908 fashion we will be gathering at the Stirling Hotel to enjoy some post-wod beverages with some of our favorite people.  We hope many of you will come by and spend some quality time with us.
