Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Back Squat – 5-5-3-3-1-1 Start @ 75% of 1RM and increase weight each set
  • Conditioning – For Time – “The Lime and The Coconut” – (Last completed 12/12/16 – 06/06/16 – 04/04/16)
    • 100-80-60-40-20 Double Unders (Sx = 2 for 1 singles or 25-20-15-10-5 Cal Bike)
    • 2-4-6-8-10 Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 10 DB Bent Over Rows + 1 set – 300m Front Rack Carry

Events This Weekend

  • Saturday, 06/24/17 – Asbury Park Games – We have 10+ CF 908 teams competing this Saturday.  Come out and support your community in a fun CF competition down the shore.  The event will be held at the Asbury Park Convention center.
  • Sunday, 06/25/17 – Berkeley Heights Street Fair – 10am – 5pm.  Come hang out with Erin and I on Sunday in Berkeley Heights during the street fair.  Encourage your friends and family to come by and challenge themselves on the Assault Bike for a free month at CF 908.
