Today’s Workout:

  • EMOM10 –
    • 1st min – 5 Stone Over Shoulder – Challenge yourself – As a modification, if you are unable to get the stone over your shoulder you can do a :30 front rack hold
    • 2nd min – 10 Heavy Wall Balls – Again, challenge yourself.  10ft/9ft are the goals for men/women
  • Conditioning  –  “Gun Slinger 20” – 30-20-10 reps for time of
    • Calorie Row
    • Dumbbell Snatch (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
    • Pistols (Sx = Modified Pistol)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Strict Toes To Bar + 20 Hollow Body Rocks
