    • Odd Min – 10 Dumbbell Snatch (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
    • Even Min – 50 Double Unders (Sx = Full Minute of Single Unders)
  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds For Time
    • Run 400m
    • 25 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Box OR Dumbbell Push Press / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = 4″/2″ Deficit or Strict)
  • Finisher -3 x :45 Side Plank Each Side
