Sunday, June 9th is the Cure for IBD Run.  We’ve supported the event for Kael’s daughter, who suffers from Crohn’s, and Coach Jake, who has UC.

  • Conditioning – “Car-die-o”
    For Time – Teams of 5

    • 9 km Assault Bike (Alternate Every :30)
    • 700 Double Unders (140 Each – Working at the same time)
    • 5 km Ski (Alternate Every :30)
    • 300 Double Unders (60 Each)
  • Accessory
    For Time – 2 min. Rest after WOD

    • 100 Sit Ups
