Today’s Workout:

  • Alternating with a partner – 5 Rounds Each
    • 500m Row (@2k Pace)
    • 15 Toes To Bar (Sx = Leg Raises / CRx = 20 Toes To Bar)
    • NOTE – Once partner A finishes row, partner b immediately starts.  Partner A must finish his/her toes to bar while partner b rows.
  • Finisher – Couch stretch – 2 min per leg / Lax Ball Glute Medius 90 sec each leg / Lax Ball Piriformis 90 sec per leg
