04/26/17: Judges Needed!

JUDGES NEEDED – On Saturday, May 13th CrossFit 908 is hosting Barbells and Beers, a co-ed partner competition.  The competition is co-hosted by Two Roads Brewing Company, and there will be an after party at the Stirling Hotel.  We still need judges, so if you are interested in helping out an awesome event, getting some free coffee. food, and and awesome shirt please help us out by signing up to judge!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – For Time “Push Over”
    • 50 Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
    • 50 Push Ups
    • 40 Box Jump Overs
    • 40 Ring Dips
    • 30 Box Jump Overs
    • 30 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Box HSPU / Rx = Head to ground / CRx = 4″/2″ Deficit”
    • NOTE* Today’s workout is all about dealing with muscular fatigue with an elevated heart rate.  You will likely be down to doing sets of 2-5 reps on many of the pushing movements AND THAT IS OKAY! Keep true to form and range of motion standards.
  • Finisher – If you have some juice left and need a little extra, as you finish up get into groups of 5.
    • AMRAP10 – Max Cal on Bike in :30 sprints
