Today’s Workout:

  • 4 Rounds – Alternate with a partner
    • 750m Row
    • Complete 20 Toes To Bar while resting between rows.
  • 3 x Max Effort Hollow Hold – Rest 60 seconds

Not the most exciting video, BUT there is a right way to do everything.  Learn how to row. It will help you greatly and keep you safe.  At first, this technique may seem strange or not as strong, but I promise you it is way more efficient and will lead to better rowing.
