Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – Take 15 min to build to a heavy Hang Power Clean – Good video.  I feel like she could have demoed the movement with some more clothes on, but that’s CrossFit!
  • Conditioning – 10 Rounds For Time – “Heavy When Sweat”
    • 3 Hang Power Cleans @ 70%
    • 6 Burpees Over Bar
    • 9 Toes To Bar
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 20 Banded Good Mornings + Side Plank Each Side w/ 20 reach throughs
