03/01/14: Power Monday

Today is the last day to complete workout 14.5, the final 2014 CrossFit Open workout.  if you plan to complete the workout today, you will need to find a judge.  In addition, please be mindful that burpees over the bar takes up a lot of space.  Please, no more than two people per class doing workout 14.5.  Mondays are very busy, so please try to be as efficient with your space as possible.

The 908 staff is incredibly proud of what has transpired over the past five weeks. We have seen so many PR’s, and we have seen so many of you push yourselves to new limits. Now let’s celebrate all the hard work you have put in! Hope you can all make it.

  • When: Friday, April 4th @ 8PM
  • Where: King Bennie’s Tiki Lounge at Nagoya (538 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights)
  • Who: All 908′ers (not just those who participated in the Open!)

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Take 20 minutes to Find a 1RM Power Clean
  • Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Time
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans (65%-70% of your 1RM)
    • 10 Pull Ups (CRX = CTB)
  • Finisher – 2 min side plank each side
