    • 60 Russian Swings (sx – Scale as Needed   rx – 53#|35#   crx – 70#|53#)
    • 50 Toes to Bar (sx – Hanging Leg/Knee Raises)
    • 40 Handstand Push Ups (sx – Hand Release Push Ups)
    • 30 Russian Swings
    • 20 Toes to Bar
    • 10 Handstand Push Ups
  • Accessory
    • Collect 2-3 min. in a Ring Support Hold (Top and Bottom – Each)
