Also, a special shout out to Maureen who will be running a Marathon today in South Carolina. We know you trained so hard.  Crush it!

Today’s Workout:

  • In teams of two complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of
    • 300m Run
    • 15 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 10 Pull Ups (CRX = CTB)
    • NOTE: One person works while one person rests.  Rounds should be treated as a sprint.
