03/02/17 – Dub Burpee


  • Big news, especially for our busy 5am class! We now have automated text message alerts for when you are upgraded from waitlist status to reserved status. If you would like to ensure that you receive these, please make sure that your cell phone number is in your Zen Planner profile under “Mobile Phone”.
    • How to add your number through the ZP iPhone app: Click on the Z on the top left corner, then click your picture, and click edit on top right corner. Type your cell phone number into where it says phone.
    • How to add your number through the ZP Website (https://crossfit908.sites.zenplanner.com/): Click My Profile on the left side, then click Edit Profile, and type in your cell phone where it says Mobile Phone.
    • While you’re there editing your profile, you might as well add a profile picture and make sure your other info is all correct!
  • Tonight’s Specialty class will be focusing on some of our most common movements like wall balls, double unders, and rowing and how we can be more efficient not only in our movements patterns, but also in our breathing.  Hope to see many of you there!

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 10-8-6-4-2 Strict HSPU – Build to a 2RM
  • Conditioning –
    • 100 Double Unders (Sx = 2 for 1 single unders)/ 5 Burpees
    • 80 Double Unders / 10 Burpees
    • 60 Double Unders / 15 Burpees
    • 40 Double Unders / 20 Burpees
    • 20 Double Unders / 25 Burpees
  • Finisher – 40 Strict Pull Ups
