02/09/17: Snow?

3AM update – we are OPEN for the 5am & 6am classes today. 7-9am Open Gym & the 9am class are cancelled.  Stay tuned for further updates.

Please stay tuned to both the blog and Facebook community page in the event we need to cancel classes due to the weather.
Today’s Workout:

  • Part A – In teams of 2, against a 10 min running clock complete the following
    • Cals on Rower – (Sx = 100/80 – Rx = 130/100 – CRx = 150/120) – Rest in remaining time
  • Part B – In teams of 2, against a 10 min running clock complete the following
    • Distance on Assault Bike – (Sx = 2 miles / Rx = 2.5 miles / CRx = 3 miles)
  • Part C – In teams of 2, against a 10 min running clock complete the following
    • 400m Sled Push (Sx = Unloaded / Rx = +45/+25 – CRx = +90/+45) – This is done in 10m increments.  Push the sled down 10m, and back 10m.  A total of 20 round trips.
  • Finisher – 50 burpees to a 6′ target for time
