02/02/17: Nutrition Challenge!

Announcements:

  • Nutrition Challenge – Starts on Monday 02/13 through Sunday 03/12.  It will be a partner challenge with both paleo and macros options.  We will be sending out details this week.
  • Gravity Vault – Saturday 02/11 from 6pm-7:30pm – The sign up for this fun rock climbing event is on the white board at the gym.  The cost is $24 per person and $4 to rent shoes.  We plan to head over to Twin Elephant Brewery after for a few adult beverages.  Hope to see many of you there.  There is no cap, so sign up if you want to!

  • Conditioning – For time – “Aftermath” – (Last completed 07/20/16 and 01/27/16)
    • 2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 12 ring rows or 2 modified rope climbs from ground / CRx = legless)
    • 50 Sit Ups
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 50 Air Squats
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 35 Sit Ups
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 35 Air Squats
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 20 Sit Ups
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 20 Air Squats
  • Finisher – As you finish the workout, get into groups of 4-5 people.  Complete 5 rounds each of (Sx = 9/7 – Rx = 12/10 – CRx = 15/12) cals on the assault bike.
