  • Skill – Take 20 minutes to find a 1-rep max snatch (Any style)
  • Conditioning – Open Workout 16.3 – AMRAP7
    • 10 Power Snatch (Sx = 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55#)
    • 3 Bar Muscle Ups (Sx = 5 Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups – See HERE for all variations as listed by the CrossFit Games)
  • 3 x Side Plank with 10 heel claps each side + 25 reach throughs.
