Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Teams of 2 – For Time – “Made Men”
    • Run 1200m together
    • 50 Man Makers (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#) – Alternate every 5 reps
    • 50 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • Run 800m together
    • 40 Man Makers
    • 40 Box Jumps
    • Run 400m together
    • 30 Man Makers
    • 30 Box Jumps
  • Finisher – Collect a total of 2 min in a side plank on each side
